These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by SparkX Car Care ("Company", "We", "Our", or "Us"). By booking or using our services, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICES
SparkX Car Care provides professional vehicle cleaning, detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, paint protection, interior cleaning, engine bay cleaning, bike detailing, and other automotive care services.
Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and operational requirements.
2. BOOKINGS
Customers may book services online, through our customer support, or at an authorized SparkX Car Care outlet.
Bookings are subject to availability.
SparkX Car Care reserves the right to refuse or reschedule any booking if necessary.
3. PRICING
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected package.
Additional work requested by the customer will be charged separately.
Applicable GST shall be charged as per Government regulations.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be completed before the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and other approved payment methods.
Delayed payments may attract additional charges.
5. VEHICLE CONDITION
Customers must disclose:
Existing scratches
Paint damage
Denting
Electrical issues
Mechanical faults
Modified accessories
SparkX Car Care shall not be responsible for pre-existing damages.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
Remove valuables before handing over the vehicle.
Ensure the vehicle has sufficient fuel if movement is required.
Provide accurate vehicle information.
Cooperate during inspection.
7. VALUABLE ITEMS
SparkX Car Care is not responsible for any loss of:
Cash
Jewellery
Mobile phones
Laptops
Documents
Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Customers are advised to remove all valuables before service.
8. SERVICE QUALITY
We strive to deliver high-quality professional services. However:
Certain stains may be permanent.
Paint oxidation may not be completely removable.
Interior odours may require multiple treatments.
Deep scratches cannot be removed through detailing alone.
Results depend on the vehicle's existing condition.
9. CERAMIC COATING & PAINT PROTECTION
Durability depends upon vehicle maintenance.
Customers must follow the maintenance guidelines provided.
Warranty, if applicable, is subject to inspection and compliance with maintenance instructions.
10. WARRANTY
Warranty applies only where specifically mentioned.
Warranty shall become void if:
Improper washing methods are used.
Harsh chemicals are applied.
Vehicle is repainted.
Unauthorized repair work affects treated surfaces.
11. DELAY IN SERVICE
SparkX Car Care shall not be liable for delays caused by:
Weather
Power failure
Water shortage
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Technical failures
Labour issues
12. DAMAGE LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to damages directly caused by proven negligence during service.
SparkX Car Care shall not be responsible for:
Mechanical failures
Electrical faults
Manufacturing defects
Existing paint weakness
Rust damage
Loose trims or accessories
Normal wear and tear
13. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel a booking before service commencement.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and any work already performed.
SparkX Car Care reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative charges.
14. REFUND POLICY
Refunds shall be processed only where applicable.
No refund shall be provided after service completion unless approved by management following an investigation.
15. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If a customer is dissatisfied, they must notify SparkX Car Care within 24 hours of service completion.
Complaints received after this period may not be considered.
16. PHOTOGRAPHS
SparkX Car Care may take photographs of vehicles before and after service for:
Quality records
Customer support
Training
Marketing purposes
Registration numbers and personal information will be handled responsibly.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The name SparkX Car Care, logos, branding, artwork, designs, documents, software, website content, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of SparkX Car Care.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
18. PRIVACY
Customer information is collected solely for service delivery, customer support, billing, warranty, and business operations.
SparkX Car Care does not sell customer personal information to third parties except where required by law or with customer consent.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
SparkX Car Care shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, strikes, or utility failures.
20. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
SparkX Car Care reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a customer:
Behaves abusively.
Provides false information.
Violates these Terms.
Attempts fraudulent payment.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where SparkX Car Care has its registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
22. AMENDMENTS
SparkX Car Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication.
